Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.

You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Training is provided, with a pay range of $19–$24 per hour, plus a structured career path, discounts via Benefit Hub, and an Employee Assistance

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with children with autism.
• Able to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• Willingness to obtain relevant certifications (CPR/First Aid/TB test).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Assist with safe movement and handling as needed, up to 50 pounds.
