Job summary

Centria Autism seeks dedicated Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach essential skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training, emphasizing teamwork, patience, and compassion. The role involves physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with pay ranging from $20 to $29 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support one-on-one with children to implement behavior plans.
• Work under BCBA guidance to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Assist with safety and handling as needed, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
