Job summary

Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized plans under a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training, a supportive team, and a structured path in behavioral analysis. The role involves physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed during sessions.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and a TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior plans.
• Assist BCBA in teaching communication, social, and daily living skills.
