Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum. Under the guidance of a BCBA, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

You will embrace evidence-based methods, stay patient and collaborative, and participate in training provided by Centria. The role involves staying active with children through standing, walking, bending, and other

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications and TB test required (or able to obtain).
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding is required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Assist children in activities while maintaining safety and compassion.
• Participate in training provided by Centria Autism.
