Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and supervisory team to adjust strategies as needed.
