You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test prior to onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
• Collaborate with a team and participate in ongoing training to support each child's progress.
