Job summary

Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, implementing individualized plans and teaching essential skills to help children reach their potential.

We provide comprehensive training and a supportive team environment. Roles involve physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed, with a pay range of $18-24 per hour depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Requires patience, compassion and teamwork.
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must obtain CPR, First Aid and TB test where required.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior plans.
• Follow BCBA guidance and use evidence-based techniques.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Support safety and positive behavior during sessions.
