Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

You will work with a supportive team and receive comprehensive training to start, even if you have limited prior experience. Pay range is $20 - $29 per hour.

Qualifications

• Patient, compassionate and able to work well in a team.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills and reduce interfering behaviors.
• Maintain safety and document progress for team review.
