Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.

You will learn evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while remaining patient, compassionate, and a strong team player. Pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism and their development.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Work one-on-one with children to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Assist with safety and positioning; participate in a supportive team environment.
