Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing customized intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

You will use evidence-based methods to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while maintaining safety. The role involves standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with team under supervision of a BCBA.
• Assist with lifting or moving children up to 50 pounds for safety and program needs.
