Centria Autism in Beaverton, OR is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism one-on-one under the guidance of a BCBA. You will implement individualized intervention plans and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

The role emphasizes patience, compassion, and teamwork. Training is provided; prior experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age.
• CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test (if not recently held).
• Pre-employment background check required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors.
