Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians in Oregon to work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement tailored behavior plans and use evidence-based methods to improve communication, social, and daily living skills while ensuring a safe, supportive setting.

Applicants should be passionate about helping children with autism, patient, and able to work in a team. Training is provided; some lifting and transfer of children may be required.

Qualifications

• Patience and empathy to work with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow BCBA guidance.
• Bilingual in Spanish plus strong communication skills.
• Commitment to compassionate care and child development.
• Physical stamina to assist with mobility and activities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Reduce interfering behaviors under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Participate in comprehensive training provided by Centria Autism.
• Maintain safety and supportive environment for clients and team.
