Job summary

Centria Autism in Oregon seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while staying patient, compassionate, and a strong team player. Training is provided, and safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• Requirement to have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test if not done in the last year.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and move in various positions.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
