Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians in Oregon. You will work one-on-one with children with autism under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement personalized intervention plans and support skill development.

You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while maintaining safety and compassion in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Background check will be conducted.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB test must be obtained if not current.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Participate in training and team meetings.
