Job summary

Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians in Wilsonville, Oregon. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior plans under a BCBA, and teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. We provide comprehensive training and a supportive team environment.

Pay range is $19–$24 per hour. Candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds; CPR/First Aid and TB testing

Qualifications

Patience and compassion when working with children with autism.
Ability to work well in a team.
Minimum 18 years of age and a high school diploma or GED.
Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test if not current.
Background check clearance required.
Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA.
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence-based techniques.
Teach communication, social, and daily living skills; reduce interfering behaviors.
