Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians in Oregon to work one‑on‑one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA and using evidence‑based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. We provide comprehensive training and a supportive team environment.

The role pays $19–$24 per hour and requires 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED; CPR/First Aid and background checks

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with children.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow BCBA guidance.
• Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and a TB test when required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Assist in reducing interfering behaviors and tracking progress.
• Engage with children in a safe, supportive environment and maintain documentation.
