Job summary

Centria Autism in Oregon is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.

Join a supportive team with comprehensive training; no prior experience required. You will be standing, walking and lifting up to 50 pounds as part of daily activities, and you will earn a pay range of $19-$24 per hour.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and teamwork.
• 18+ years of age; High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• RB T Certification after onboarding

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Contribute to a supportive team environment and ongoing training.
