Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, assisting in implementing individualized intervention plans under BCBA supervision. Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid and a TB test.
• Pass pre-employment background check.
• Able to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Help children develop communication, social and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
