Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans to help them reach their full potential.

You will undergo comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills, even if you have no prior experience. The role starts with a pay rate of $17 - $20 per hour, increasing based on your experience and qualifications. Join us in making a meaningful impact!

Qualifications

• Candidates must be 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Candidates must obtain an RBT Certification from the BACB.

Responsibilities

• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication and daily living skills.
