Centria Healthcare seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians in Michigan to work one-on-one with children with autism under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will help teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques and support families through meaningful outcomes.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. A passion for helping children with autism, patience, and teamwork are essential in a role focused

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
18+ years old.
CPR and First Aid certifications or ability to obtain them.
Background check required.
Ability to work one-on-one with children with autism under BCBA guidance.

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
Teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.
Collaborate with team to ensure consistent support for each child.
