Centria Healthcare in Michigan is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one‑on‑one with children with autism, following individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will use evidence‑based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Training is provided, prior experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping children with autism
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team
• 18+ years of age; High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and a TB test
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsabilités

• Work one-on-one with children with autism under a BCBA
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
