Job summary

Centria Autism in Livonia, MI is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

This role includes comprehensive training and a pay range of $16–$20 per hour. You must be 18+, hold a high school diploma or GED, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Must be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 lbs.
