Job summary

Centria Autism in Gresham, OR is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, implementing individualized plans to teach communication and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Interest in helping children with autism and willingness to be trained.
• Ability to pass background check and obtain CPR/First Aid certifications.
• Comfort with standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Monitor progress and collaborate with the team to reduce challenging behaviors.
