Job summary

Centria Autism in Gresham, OR is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism. You will implement individualized plans under the guidance of a BCBA, using evidence-based methods to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training; no prior experience required. The role involves standing, walking, lifting, and moving up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Patience, compassion and ability to work in a team.
• 18+ years of age with high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test within the last year.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
