Job summary

Centria Autism in the United States is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You'll work one-on-one with clients under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), using evidence-based techniques to build communication, social, and daily living skills.

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be physically able to perform duties.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Work one-on-one with children to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
