Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum. You will implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.

Roles require patience, compassion, teamwork, and physical stamina to assist children who may be active or heavy at times. Training is provided to new hires.

Competenze

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient and compassionate, able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age required.

Mansioni

• Provide one-on-one behavioral intervention under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Assist with activities and move clients safely, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
