Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will apply evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing disruptive behaviors.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED; CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test; pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills; reduce interfering behaviors.
• Move safely and adapt to children’s needs while maintaining a supportive, compassionate environment.
