Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will help teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques while ensuring safety and compassionate care. We provide comprehensive training so you can confidently support each child’s growth, even if you lack prior experience.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow BCBA guidance.
• High school diploma or GED required; CPR/First Aid and TB test may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior plans under a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to monitor progress and adjust interventions.
