Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children one-on-one under a BCBA's guidance, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• Patient, compassionate and able to work well in a team.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a High school diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certification, and Tuberculosis test within the last year.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check.
• Able to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• RBT certification required within 45 days of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one services under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence‑based techniques.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Ensure safety and comfort of each child during activities.
