Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children under a BCBA's supervision. You will implement individualized behavior plans and use evidence-based methods to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

The role offers comprehensive training and opportunities to make a meaningful impact in children's lives, with a pay range of $19 - $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with children.
• Able to collaborate well in a team environment.
• 18+ years of age and legally eligible to work.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB test may be obtained.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Able to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
