Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in a one-on-one setting. You will implement individualized behavior plans under a BCBA and apply evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing training, and a commitment to making a meaningful impact on families. Pay ranges from $19 to $25 per hour, reflecting experience and onboarding progress.

Qualifications

• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• RBT Certification required within 45 days of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and track progress with the team.
