Job summary

Centria Autism is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in one-on-one sessions under a BCBA supervision. The role focuses on teaching communication, social and daily living skills using evidence-based strategies, while safely managing behaviors.

We offer comprehensive training, a supportive team environment, and opportunities to grow in the Behavioral Analysis field. Pay ranges from $18 to $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (standing, bending, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Candidates must obtain an RBT Certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under a BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors while ensuring safety.
