Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under the supervision of a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills, while reducing challenging behaviors.

No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training. You must be able to stand, walk, and assist with lifts up to 50 pounds as children move during sessions.

Formación

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient and compassionate; able to work in a team.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills; reduce interfering behaviors.
• Engage in activities that may require lifting or assisting children up to 50 pounds; ensure safety during sessions.
