Job summary

Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior plans and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Must have empathy for children with autism and be patient.
• Able to work well in a team and follow guidance from BCBA.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Be willing to obtain CPR, First Aid, and TB test as required.
• Pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Assist with behaviors reduction under BCBA supervision.
