Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, applying individualized intervention plans under a BCBA. You’ll use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We offer comprehensive training; candidates must be patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team. The role involves physical activity and can require lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Must be 18 years or older and hold a HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using behavior intervention plans.
• Implement evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Coordinate with BCBA guidance and participate in on-going training.
