Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing behavior plans under a BCBA. Training provided; no experience required. Expect standing, walking and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed. Pay range: $17-$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Help reduce interfering behaviors and monitor progress.
