Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing individualized behaviour intervention plans and teaching communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role requires patience, compassion, and teamwork. Training is provided, and applicants must be able to stand, move, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Formación

• Must be patient and compassionate when working with children with autism.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
• 18+ years of age and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized behaviour plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Maintain safety and assist with physical tasks as needed (up to 50 pounds).
