Centria Autism in the United States is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA. Training is provided to equip you to help children reach their full potential.

Pay range is $19 - $20 per hour. Requirements include being 18+, having a HS diploma or GED, and ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and a TB test. Lifting up to 50 pounds is required in some tasks.

Competenze

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if you haven’t had one in the last year).
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
