Job summary

Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior plans under a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training, with a pay range of $20–$29 per hour. Join a supportive team focused on empowering children and families, with opportunities to grow and make a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Background check required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must obtain RBT certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collaborate with team to support children's progress.
