Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with clients, executing individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA's guidance to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training; no experience required. Expect a physical role with lifting up to 50 pounds, and CPR/First Aid certification and TB testing are part of the onboarding process.

Formación

• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if you haven’t had one in the last year)
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Candidates must obtain a Registered Behavior Technician Certification after completing onboarding
