Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

You will implement evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while staying mindful of safety. Training is provided, and the role involves physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Formación

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Background check required.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, stand, bend).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to monitor progress.
• Maintain safety and provide support during sessions.
