Job summary

Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training; no prior experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must be patient, compassionate and able to work well in a team.
• CPR and First Aid certification may be required.
• TB test may be required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Support children in reducing interfering behaviors and promoting progress in a structured setting.
