Job summary

Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing personalized behavior plans under BCBA supervision. You will use evidence-based techniques to help develop communication, social, and daily living skills while ensuring safety and engagement.

We provide comprehensive training and encourage a compassionate, patient approach in a team setting. The job involves physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certifications and TB test required.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Able to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
