Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a Behavior Technician to work with children one-on-one, implementing individualized intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training and encourage a patient, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude. The role requires standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized intervention plans.
