Job summary

Centria Autism is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum. You will implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA and use evidence-based strategies to develop communication, social, and daily living skills while minimizing challenging behaviors.

The role emphasizes teamwork, patience, and compassionate care. Training is provided, and candidates must be willing to obtain required certifications and clear background

Qualifications

• Patience and genuine care for children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test as required.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based methods.
• Support one-on-one with children and ensure safety and positive learning environments.
