Job summary

Centria Healthcare seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing tailored behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will apply evidence-based strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided; you must be patient, compassionate, and able to move and lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily activities.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Aim to reduce interfering behaviors.
• Join a dedicated team and contribute to meaningful child outcomes.
