Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in a one-on-one setting under the supervision of a BCBA. You will apply evidence-based strategies to build communication, social, and daily living skills while promoting safety and positive behavior.

We value patience, compassion, and teamwork. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required for onboarding. The role involves physical tasks and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion in supporting children with autism.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow guidance from a BCBA.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn evidence-based techniques.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized plans.
• Collaborate with BCBA and staff to deliver interventions.
