Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to help children with autism develop communication, social, and daily living skills through one-on-one intervention.

You will work under a BCBA, follow individualized plans, and participate in training. The job involves physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds, with a focus on safety and compassionate care.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test (if you haven't had one in the last year).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Assist BCBA under supervision while applying evidence-based techniques.
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Ensure safety during activities and transitions, with physical repositioning as needed.
