Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through one-on-one interventions under a BCBA's guidance. You will learn and apply evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills, while ensuring safety and comfort for our clients.

Comprehensive training is provided, and growth opportunities exist within our structured program. We offer a collaborative environment with ongoing coaching and a clear path for development

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort with standing, walking, and moving with children.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one behavioral intervention under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Ensure safety and adapt to child needs.
