Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through individualized intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will work one-on-one to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and help reduce challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Work one-on-one with children to implement intervention plans under a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Reduce interfering behaviors through structured activities.
